In the corporate world, I have over 35 years of experience in human talent management and organizational development at the professional and executive levels, where I have been able to enhance human capital, creating exceptional organizational cultures.

At The Walt Disney Company, where I retired after 25 magical years, I held the position of Senior Vice President for Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products for Latin America, with full responsibility for the P&L, generating growth exceeding 30% year after year.

I also served as General Manager for Disney in Brazil and Mexico, including Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Fox and ESPN. I was responsible for the areas of radio, television, film, music, publications, digital media, video games, licensing, parks, as well as live shows, with more than 1,200 people under my leadership.

Before joining Disney, I held strategic commercial management positions in companies such as Video Visa, Video Max and Unimega-Hitachi.

For more than three years I have been working as a Speaker, Consultant and Executive Coach. Media and Entertainment Specialist with a deep passion for innovation and big challenges, building strong teams capable of communicating, collaborating, and committing.

Expert with extensive experience in customized presentations, high-impact coaching, and strategic consulting.

Capable of creating and leading teams under the philosophy and principle of: "ONE VOICE, ONE VISION".

Awarded for professional career as a Coach, Speaker, Entrepreneur, and Social Leader by the "Fundación Cultural Forjadores de México," which honors leaders, entrepreneurs, and personalities from various sectors who contribute to the country's development.

Weekly participation as a commentator on Radio Miled 98.9 FM, a major Mexican radio station, on the programs "Línea en Alta Tensión" and "Manifestalo".

Holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from EBC, as well as a degree in Senior Business Management from IPADE and a Master's degree in Business Administration from ULE.

I am Mexican with Brazilian citizenship. Fluent languages: Spanish, Portuguese and English.
